Who we are
Agera Holding B.V., trading as Studio Agera, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. We are registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 68156278.

What data we collect
When you visit our website, we use Umami Analytics to measure usage. Umami does not collect personal data and does not use cookies. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as the number of visitors, pages viewed, approximate country of origin, browser type, and device category. No individual visitor can be identified. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal information through our website unless you contact us directly.

Why we collect it
We use this aggregated data solely to understand how our website is used and to improve its content and performance. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any form of marketing.

Legal basis
Because Umami Analytics does not process personal data, no legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is required for this measurement. When you contact us directly, for example by email, we process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Data retention
Aggregated website statistics are retained for as long as Umami provides this service to us. Data shared with us directly via email is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was shared.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@studioagera.com. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Third parties
